Animals

Adjacent to the land specially developed for our herbs, part of the 4,500 acre estate is used for organic cattle ranching. With 350 Angus cows, bulls and calves gently grazing our land, we have diversified our organic production. In addition to our domestic animals, we take special care of the local wildlife; for instance, a number of wild foxes live on our estate, including the endangered Culpeo Fox.
